I finally started realizing the truth of this only in this past year when I, at 51, had to take on a McJob. And, if I can add, no matter what other people think of me in this position of McJob-ness, they have no idea who I really am. I think that is one of the biggest hurdles we have to get over when we are forced to do work that society determines as an under job… what others think of us. <br />Oh, we are running neck to neck on the job history.
